Scope of this notice
This notice describes data handling on the Perfect Pair HomeCare website. It does not automatically govern the separate Aaniie or SmartCare platform, phone conversations, clinical records, employment files, or other third-party systems. Those services may have their own notices and requirements.
Information you choose to provide
The short care form may collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the general type of help you are exploring, and an optional message. You must provide at least one way for Perfect Pair to respond. The form asks visitors not to include medical histories or other sensitive health details.
The website routes a submitted inquiry to authorized Perfect Pair personnel through a server-side email or business-owned lead service. Provider credentials and recipient configuration are not exposed in the browser. If delivery is unavailable, the website says that the information was not sent and offers phone and SmartCare contact options instead.
Technical and attribution information
The website can retain UTM campaign parameters in session storage so a lead event can be attributed to a campaign. This implementation does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, or other form values to Google Analytics.
The hosting platform and short-form delivery service may process IP address, request time, browser, delivery, and security information needed to operate the site, limit abuse, and diagnose failures. The website uses a hidden spam-trap field and temporary request-rate controls. It does not place form values in the page URL.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only when the site operator adds a valid measurement ID. If enabled, Google may process device, browser, referral, and interaction information under Google’s terms. The site does not include an advertising pixel in the current codebase.
External services
Links to the Aaniie or SmartCare care inquiry and caregiver application open a separate service. Information entered there is handled by that provider and Perfect Pair according to their applicable notices and agreements. The site also links to Facebook, phone, and email services that operate under their own terms.
Data retention and security
Perfect Pair retains inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, meet legal obligations, and protect the business. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, Perfect Pair takes reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of company-controlled copies. SmartCare submissions, caregiver applications, contracts, client records, and phone conversations may follow different requirements.
Access to short website inquiries is limited to authorized Perfect Pair personnel who need the information to respond or administer the service. Delivery providers may retain limited message or log data under their own agreements and retention schedules. No website can guarantee absolute security. Do not use the public form for urgent medical information or emergencies.
Your choices and questions
You can call instead of using the form, avoid optional fields, decline to continue to an external platform, or contact Perfect Pair with a privacy question at contact@perfectpairhc.com.
Return to contact options or review the separate service provider’s notice before submitting detailed care information.
